This singer is new for me. Some google searching tell me that Faylan is a Jpop singer from Saitama, Japan. She is affiliated with management agency S, run by veteran singer Hiromi Sato. Many of her songs appeared in video games and anime. Her stage name was given by composer Noriyasu Agematsu. She is affectionately called "Feinyan" by her fans. Below is the latest single by her:
