A MOON CHILD IN THE SKY is Tsukiko Amano’s 4th studio album and it was released on September 21, 2005. The album reached #42 on the Oricon Weekly Charts. Some say Amano was obviously inspired by Star Wars Episode III just by looking at the cover and booklet scans.

I become a fan of Amano since last when I listen to her "Koe" and this month again I stumbled upon her album; MEG & LION. I really don't know much about her, just like to listen to her voice though^ ^ because Tsukiko Amano's music seems to be close to my heart, the music slow at the beginning and suddenly climbed to more active at the middle (rock energy re-forms gradually). Somehow, I feel energetic upon her songs even though not all of it^ ^

MELL is a female Japanese singer from Sapporo, Japan. A senior vocalist of "I've Sound", and one of the main vocalists who has published 6 singles and one first solo album. Her fascinating voice spread first through the insiders of the Japanese Music Industry, but when she started to perform live, her superb stage presence and passionate singging made her tour an instant sensation.
With her second smash hit-proof, she expanded on her image of heavy and dark sound, by contrasting it with a more nurturing lyrics and sound that bring together all ages with her music.
Unique among the other artist on I've Sound, such as KOTOKO, Mami Kawada, Eiko Shimamiya and Kaoru Utatsuki, MELL worked with founders Kazuya Takase and Yasutaka Ipposhi even before they had their own label. Her unmistakable voice over Kazuya's arrangements created a new genre, and has quickly grown a strong following in Japan ref: http://www.iveusa.net ==========================================================

Spangle call Lilli line's beginnings trace back to Otsubo and Fujieda, friends from art school, who began playing together in December of 1998. Sasahara and drummer Kabasawa, also friends from university, joined in 1999 and 2000, respectively. The band was christened "Spangle call" (the "Lilli Line" to come later), derived from a Japanese pronunciation of "spangle" ("supankooru," chosen for its sound), while the "call" was a continuation from the "kooru" of "supankooru." Their self-titled debut was issued in March of 2001 on P-Vine, a label known for electronic and jazz units including DateCoursePentagonRoyalGarden and Otomo Yoshihide.
The band continued their trademark style through their third album, 2003's or, in which they aimed to consummate their established sound. The trying studio work leading up to or proved to be the band's breaking point, causing mental breakdowns in Otsubo and the February 2003 departure of their drummer, who had provided much of the creative direction for the album. With Kabasawa gone from the lineup, Spangle call was free to indulge in influences such as R&B, soul, and Motown that their drummer, who had an affinity for lo-fi and post-rock, did not favor.
These changes surfaced in Spangle call's April 2005 album Trace, which was nearly two years in the making (excluding their live release 68SCLL). With Trace, the members recount that they were looking to remove the excess from their music and sound like a new band, as if the album was their debut. The new release was indeed different from its predecessors, with a poppier, R&B style and tracks that were, on the whole, shorter than the usual Spangle call fare.
Shortly after Trace, the release of For Installation, more in tune with the band's classic style, ensued in June. The tracks are mostly comprised of studio outtakes, but according to Fujieda, "the feeling of the album will be clearly different" from that of Trace. Though nothing has been formally announced, the enterprising trio is gearing up for another release in the future.

NEWS 02: Kuroki Meisa battles for upcoming sci-fi movie 'Assault Girl'
Tokyo - Actress Meisa Kuroki, 21, let the press in for a glimpse of her voice-recording work recently for the upcoming sci-fi movie “Assault Girls,” directed by Mamoru Oshii, 57. Kuroki plays a gun-toting hunter who along with her sexy sidekicks, Rinko Kikuchi, 28, and Hinako Saeki, 32, fight off a hoard of deadly sand beasts which have flourished in the aftermath of a nuclear war in the not too distant future.
Kuroki said she enjoyed the recording of her English lines, which make up about 90% of her script, after Oshii told her not to worry about pronouncing them like a native speaker.
On the filming of the desert battle scenes with the giant “sand whales” which will be digitally added in the coming months, she said: “I had to imagine the fight, and honestly, I wasn’t really sure what I was doing.”
RURUTIA is an obscure, female singer and songwriter in Japan. RURUTIA's music is sometimes described as new age, electronica, experimental, or pop. I say she combines all of these and doesn't have any specific style that she follows in composing her music.
Starting off in 2001, Toshiba Emi made her first single possible -- Itoshigo Yo (My Dear Child). Since then, RURUTIA has released a total of 8 albums and 10 singles. Some of those singles include short films that go along with the song. If you're interested in seeing which singles offer the films, check out her discography. RURUTIA is no longer with Toshiba Emi, however, and has moved her label to Phoenix Records.
Actually I accidently download one of her song entitled "lost butterfly" when I google up jpop mp3s yesterday. I found this song was really nice to be listen to and after replay it all over night, it really influences me to google everyting just to get another RURUTIA's songs. After being a listener for one night so far I like it. Hehee.. I, personally, like RURUTIA because her voice possess mystical auras that is different from other jpop singers. She is now among my best jpop singer ever^ ^

Ultraman Gaia is my favourite ultra sentai ever because this tokasatsu TV show put friendship value between Ultraman Agul vs Ultraman Gaia. I struggled my self to find this ending soundtrack of GAIA, I hit youtube and search everywhere. learned every single "hiragana" and "katana" just to read the "casts"...and finally I know who is the singer. Its B.B Waves...the vocalist's voice I think its somehow like SPEED band...is this band got blood related with SPEED...still don't know thought...
p/s: I am a fan of Agul...not Gaia. Gaia got no style hehee~
I only listing the best of the best jpop song I ever listen rather than puting the album. Don't question me why almost all the mp3 were female vocalist, because I don't know!!! Probably because I am a male so that is why my interest more on female. Sorry because some of them don't have download link. I am trying to provide it soon. Anyway if y'all have any idea to add I really welcome your comments. Please not hesitate to do so^^hehee...

Kamiki Aya huh?She is known for her liquid powerful vocals and roots in hard rock and punk music. In many aspects, Kamiki is comparable to Nanase Aikawa, who was known in the 90s as one of the true "Queens of Rock". My personal oppinion says she's not so hot, has simple dressing, and her style was just like avril lavinge. Heehe I am sure Aya herself had noticed about this. I've listen to all her songs and it's really so great!!!
